Quality NW Roofing - Review Content Policies

Our Review Policies apply to reviews submitted here by customers and/or submitted through 3rd party review sites such as Google or Facebook. We reserve the right to remove posts, comments or reviews posted on this platform that violate our review content policies.

Verified Customers

We only publish reviews from people who have actually done business with Quality NW Roofing.

Personal and Confidential Information

We don’t allow review content that contains private or confidential information of yours or someone else’s. Private or confidential information examples are: phone numbers, addresses, credit card details, medical records, or government–issued identification.

Keep it Clean

We don’t allow the use of obscene, profane, or offensive language. Any posts containing such language will be removed.

Threats

We’ll also remove reviews that represent personal attacks or threats on others.

Hate Speech Discrimination

We don’t allow reviews that advocate against groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Off Topic Reviews

Only post reviews based on your own experience. Content based on someone else’s experience, or content that is not about the specific place or agency at issue will be removed. Reviews aren’t meant to be a forum for general political or social commentary, or personal rants. Posts that don’t comply will be removed.

Advertising/Promotion

Self-promotional content or content that highlights one of our competitors will be removed. Posting email addresses, phone numbers social media links or links to other websites is not allowed.

Spam

Please don’t spam. Write a genuine report of your experience. Don’t include promotional commercial content. Don’t post URL’s or phone numbers. Don’t post the same content multiple times. Don’t post content with no meaning in any language. 

Conflicts of Interest

We don’t allow reviews from our own company, employees or from family members.

Illegal Content

Content posted that contain or link to unlawful content will be removed.

Copyrighted Content

Please don’t post reviews that infringe on others’ rights – including copyrights.

Sexually Explicit Material

We don’t allow reviews that contain sexually explicit material.

Impersonation

Don’t post content on behalf of others, or misrepresent your identity or any connections you may have with Quality NW Roofing.
